Seth Gordon is a seasoned leader in business acquisitions, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record in scaling and transforming companies. As CEO of Sethica Ventures, Seth drives acquisitions in the lower middle market, specializing in operational excellence and growth strategies.

- CEO of Comm-Fit Holdings LLC: Grew revenues and profitability through strategic acquisitions in fitness equipment and services.
- Former CEO of Signature Systems Group: Increased sales to $100M and profitability seven-fold, leading two acquisitions and one divestiture.
- Extensive experience founding and leading businesses in industries like modular flooring, pharmaceuticals, and sponsorship sales.
Seth holds a BS in Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin, with post-graduate studies in leadership at the University of Michigan, NYU, and the New York School of Finance. Based in Dallas, TX, Seth lives with his wife and two children.
Myles Siegel – Vice President
Myles Siegel brings 15 years of expertise in sales, finance, and operations to Sethica Ventures, focusing on business development and driving operational efficiency.

Patrick Wright – Executive Partner
Patrick Wright is an accomplished CEO and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in scaling mid-market companies, driving profitability, and executing successful business transformations. With deep expertise in B2C marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategy, he helps businesses grow, scale, and maximize value.

Patrick has an MBA from the University of Dallas. A dedicated father of three, he is an avid guitarist, a rock music enthusiast, and a tennis lover.
Jessica Tugender – Vice President of Marketing
Jessica Tugender is a marketing expert with over 20 years of experience across industries like health and wellness, e-commerce, and hospitality. As VP of Marketing at Sethica Ventures, she oversees branding and growth strategies across the group’s portfolio.
